Obviously I have been super excited about moving to Ottawa this summer (I can't stop reading about Ottawa on the internet). I have found some pretty neat pictures, so I thought I would share them with you! It is beautiful.

I love a good smelling house!

Today was the scentsy party. It was pretty good. I got a new burner and some yummy new summer scents! If anyone wants to order anything, I will take orders until tomorrow (May 1) ending at 2:00. Just give me a call at home 563-5928 or at work tomorrow 792-4100.

Scentsy!

I am hosting a Scentsy Candle Party this Wednesday. It will be open house style from 4-6 pm and anyone and everyone is welcome to drop in and check out the new stuff. The address is 71 North 470 East, Smithfield. The scentsy candle rep. who will be there that evening is Trisha Jorgensen. Thanks Trisha! If you have questions please call me at 563-5928. Also, I have had several people express interest who cannot come to the party, if you are in the same boat, you can do the same as they have done, just call me with your order and we can figure out the details from there.

Private blogs

A couple weeks ago, someone posted a virus on my blog and it infected my computer. I was so upset. I can't believe that people spend their time ruining other people's days with viruses and hacking into their computers and stealing their information. As a result, I had to make our blog private. To tell you the truth, I hate having a private blog. Anyway, I have decided to revert from a private blog and make it so only registered users can comment. Hopefully, that will keep away the spammers!

Summer!

Now I am really excited for summer.
Yesterday, Morgan was offered a summer internship in Ottawa, Canada with a consultant company by the name of Wesa. We are so excited.
The drive will take us about 36 hours, but will totally be worth it!

Maybe we will even learn a little French while we are there. :)

Just girls!

Well, the reason for this get together wasn't a "just girls" thing, but this picture is just us girls, thus the title. In this picture is my mom, me, and my sister-in-law. I love this picture and really wanted to post it.

This Month's Parrish Birthday Party

I love the Parrish monthly birthday parties. It is so fun to get together, enjoy a great meal, and play with the nieces and nephews. Here are a few photos from the party.

Julie and Curt

Julie and Curt were married Saturday, March 29, 2008. The ceremony was beautiful. They are so happy and so darling together. I am excited Curt is a part of the family, he is a wonderful addition. Actually, he is the finally addition to our family, in the matter of in-laws. Don't worry, there will still be many new little baby additions. On the morning of their wedding the day look like this; it was overcast, raining, snowing, and it was pretty cold. I had hoped it wouldn't put a damper on their special day. But I tell you what, nothing can make those two sour. They were as happy and cheerful as ever. Not one word of complaint about the distasteful weather. And what would you know, as they were walking out of the temple, the sun came out and the rain stopped. It was still slightly chilly, but really, they were very blessed. It was so funny having to find Easter eggs with snow still on the ground. You've got to love Utah's unpredictable weather. Oh well. The kids still had a ball hunting for their Easter treats and eggs.

At long last we must say our goodbye's to our dear old Frosty the Snowman. Our winter wouldn't have been the same without him and unfortunately he had to melt. So long dear frosty. Until next winter.

Belated Valentine's Day Post!

A quick look back. This picture was taken at our Stake's MSA dance and it wasn't until just the other day that we received the picture by email from the guy who took the picture. I wanted to put it up and say again how much fun that dance was. We went last year too, and both years we had a blast. They served dinner, did some newlywed games, and of course there was dancing. If we are here next year we will for sure plan on going again.

Primary Children's Fun Run

My sister-in-law Alana, her sister, and me ran a 5k fun run in Ogden. It was a fundraiser for the Primary Children's Hospital.

We had a lot of fun together! It's nice to be able to do something good for others!

This is my cute nephew Alexander. He came to cheer us three girls on at the race.
Oh, and not that I am bragging or anything, okay maybe I am just a little, I was third place in my division. I was pretty stoked!


Just about a month later, Alana and I ran another 5k fun run in Smithfield. She is one of my favorite running partners! I'm so glad she does this kind of stuff and encourages me to run them as well.
