Life is always fun with him around!

Jonathan is so fun and always so eager to help me out. He loves to be right there next to us in everything we do. One evening, Morgan and I were cleaning the kitchen and Jonathan pulls a chair up to the counter to stand by us. So I handed him a rag and asked him to clean mom's dirty microwave. He was so cute standing there scrubbing down the microwave. He even did a pretty good job.

Name Change: Drool Monster!

Okay, so I kept thinking that as soon as Jonathan got a little older, his drooling problem would stop. Well, look at these pictures and you tell me if he has stopped drooling! :)

More Utah

Here are a few pictures from Utah that I just loved. One night at my parents house we had 10 kids and 6 adults over for a slumber party. It was so fun to have everyone over. Here are a few breakfast pictures.

Mowing with daddy!

While we were in Utah, Morgan mowed his parents lawn. He has always loved the smell of fresh cut grass and since moving to NM, he has really missed that smell. So climbing on that mower was when he officially felt like he was home. And of course he was so excited to have his little boy out there helping him. Jonathan was quite a good little lawn mower. Morgan said Jonathan had better start earning his keep!

A little bit more Utah

Here are a few more pictures from our trip to Utah. We got to play tennis, go four wheeling, boating, and Morgan went dirt biking and fishing. I seriously doubt we could have fit in more activities. Thanks everyone, for making our visit soooo much fun!

More Utah

I know we didn't wait very long until we went home to visit, but we had good reason. Our main reason we went home was so we could spend some time with my brother and his family before they moved to Russia. Our second reason was so I could have eye surgery. But whatever the reasons were, we were so glad to be home and to see our families.

Our time was filled with so many activities, parades, birthday parties, fireworks, and good food. We loved our time in Utah and are so excited to see everyone again this Christmas!

Jonathan spent most of his time in Utah eating watermelon (as you can tell from the picture below) and playing with all his cousins and their cool toys.

He loved watching fireworks and clapped or "awed" at every one! It's so fun to see your child experience something for the first time!

Rodeos

We haven't really gone to too many local events, but we did make it to the rodeo. It had been so long since we had been, we were both excited to go. Jonathan loved watching the events and we spoiled him with a snow cone. Overall, we all had a blast and can't wait until we get to go again.
